Golf has become one of Phil Entzminger's favorite games to play, even though he himself will readily admit to lacking the skill to be as good as he should be. Phil Entzminger readily jokes that many of the hazards on a typical course have a magnetic appeal t his ball at times. Phil has played in many places, including near his old home at the Seltenheim Golf Course, as well as at the Kiagenfurt-Seltenheim course in Austria.
In the United States, Phil Entzminger has played all over the country, but his favorite course is the Cypress Point Golf Club in Pebble Beach, in Southern California, primarily because of the weather which has always been spectacular when he's played there. When he isn’t traveling and playing golf, Phil Entzminger also enjoys listening to music especially jazz. He makes regular sojourns to New Orleans to experience what he considers "real" jazz. Phil enjoys Harry Connick Jr. and other modern jazz players, like . Greg Osby, Charles Gayle and Jacob Collier, who happens to be a particular favorite. He admits to avoiding most jazz-rock fusion, although he does like some of it and considers it all relaxing.
